Despite clinging to the firm belief that one day he’d be a rockstar, Andy has managed to become something of an expert in helping small businesses harness the power of having big brand associations.

In 10 years working closely with independent retailers in the food and drink sector, for some of the worlds biggest brands, Andy has developed a clear understanding of what it takes to get a small business thinking big.

This experience led him, perhaps naturally, to the franchise industry, where he worked as Business Development Manager for the British Franchise Association. Andy believes passionately in the incredible benefits to be gained from business format franchising, that is of course, when it’s done properly. “When a national franchise brand fully understands and embraces the importance of effective local marketing, its network will flourish.
